Had a great time! The heated pool was decent, and I loved having two TVs in the room to keep my son entertained. the staff struggled with English.

The staff was friendly and the hotel manager gave us a refund for the 3rd night that we didn't stay without a hassle.

Had to settle for this hotel because another one fell through. The hall way smelled like marijuana all day and night. The mattress were old and dirty looking, and the towels were hard and scratchy feeling.

Not what I expected it to be. The toilet was filthy, the smell of marijuana was awful. Not the environment for a family with kids. The opposite of what you see in the photos.

The room was dirty, the sheets were full of holes, and good luck with the indoor pool that was out of order! Honestly, i was expecting special treatment, like even a free upgrade, but no, just ordinary service like everyone else. Seriously disappointing, i almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

The heated pool was decent for the kids. The two TVs allowed my son to play his video game while I enjoyed my show. The location was great, and I think I've found my go-to spot for future visits 😊

They said online they have a hotub i called to be sure they said it was working wen i get there they say sorry irs out if order for some time now false advertising. the management is constantly watching your every move an askung questions about everthung you do you cant even breathe

Reasonable price, convenient location. Indoor pool.

good location but some areas need improvement

The room was decently comfortable. The location was very convenient. I appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi, allowing me to stay connected . I was happy to find that my group enjoyed the amenities, especially the heated pool for the kids.

I noticed some areas that could use attention, particularly the breakfast options.

The king bed was comfortable and our kids enjoyed the indoor heated pool. We picked this hotel over the others surrounding it, due to the fact it had an indoor pool.

We stayed in room 110.We found an old condom wrapper when we unfolded the sofa bed and the sofa bed had no cover on it. Blood stains were visible on the sofa bed mattress. We covered the stained area with a towel and then had to go hunt down sheets from management. We arrived late in the evening and knew the hotel was booked to Max capacity, so we did not ask to change rooms. We put doubt sheets over the sofa bed mattress to make sure it was sanutary to sleep on. The breakfast was minimal.there was a toe nail clipping on the floor when we checked in. The WiFi connection barely worked at all during our stay. The morning of check out, housekeeping came banging on our door on several occasions, prompting us to check out, so that they could clean. Needless to say, we did leave and would never return.

breakfast horrible, had to ask to extra towels that were not there like I asked when I reserved the room. rooms was not cleaned the 2nd day and I had 2 rooms.

The hallways reeked of smoke and other unsavory odors, compromising any charm the room might have had. The breakfast options were laughably minimal, and the pool situation was disappointing, with one being advertised as heated but it ended up being cold. The whole place seemed to attract more sketchy vibes than I'd prefer, notably with staff behavior that left me feeling uneasy and unwanted intrusion into my space.

Few towels. Towels were worn bare. Three TVs only one old one worked. Flat screen wasn't even hooked up. Carpet was filthy. No safety bars to hold onto to get in and out of tub.

I wanted to go for a swim it was lovely out but the pool was not clean
